Vain & The New Sexy.

I was approached by Dalindah Destiny of Vain, Inc. Magazine to create a dress for an article for her about the new Maitreya Gold shoes. I had recently visited Maitreya to pick up practically all of the shoes there ( Im a sculpted shoe FANATIC.) and I decided to create a dress that would accentuate the shoes…and still be stylish and classy. Therefore was the creation of the Vain dress. Named after the magazine of course. I absolutely love this dress and I hope everyone will too ^_^

I really wanted to bring ethnic tones to sl, for so long it was hard for me to find anything that was worth wearing. Of course i followed the trend of wearing skins from Laqroki, Glance and of course Redgrave, but I grew tired of them especially from seeing them on everyone. I really set out to find new skins, still came up short. SL is full of lighter skins and I really felt it was necessary to bring darker beautiful tones. After weeks, probably months of working skins and feeling a little discouraged, I asked a friend for help, which is a rarity for me! She let me in on some secrets and I found exactly what i was looking for! So here they are SL..Au-Naturale’ Skins from Dangerous Lace.
